We are looking for a motivated and dedicated part-time Student Co-worker to join our KYC&AML Team B2B. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring Ikano Bank´s products and services are safeguarded against money laundering and terrorist financing. As a Student Co-worker in our KYC & AML team your main responsibilities will include conducting risk-based Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) investigations for high-risk B2B customers, supporting the team’s work across the Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets. You will work approximately 2 days per week at our offices in Hyllie.
To be successful in this role you need to be naturally curious with a desire to understand our customers' behavior and AML regulations. You enjoy challenges and working in a fast-paced environment. You are a driven and self-motivated person with great attention to details, making sure we deliver accurately and on time.
You have a natural aptitude for understanding and using various systems, both internal and external, and you enjoy and are comfortable with change.

As a Product Owner for Data & Analytics Delivery at Ikano Bank, you have a key role in the success of product delivery in the Agile Release Train (ART). You will be creating and expanding our data solutions that will supply the bank with the data that will fuel our digital transformation. The solutions covered ranges from traditional data warehouse solutions for reporting / BI to more modern solutions (data lakes and streams) to handle real-time reporting and advanced analytics.
You work closely with business stakeholders to create efficient solutions. You are responsible for maximizing overall value delivered by your agile team by working together to deliver the committed objectives for each PI and to ensure a working solution. You create and maintain your team’s backlog and understand features, are responsible for creating and understanding backlog items and drive scoping, descoping, and priority decisions.

As our UX Design Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of digital experiences at Ikano Bank. Strategic UX leadership
Drive UX strategy in cross-functional forums, ensuring user experience is embedded in business decisions and product development. Represent UX in collaboration with Product, CVP, Commercial and Tech teams, balancing business needs with customer value.
Team support and mentoring
Act as a senior design leader within the team — coaching colleagues, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative culture. Inspire and challenge others while raising the bar for design excellence.
Customer-centric design process
Preparing and leading workshops, both digital and live — is an important part of the role, with the purpose of driving, inspiring, and challenging participants to co-create innovative solutions. The role also involves guiding the use of research, prototyping, and usability testing to validate solutions, ensuring that experiences are clear, inclusive, and aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Hands-on design contribution
While the main focus is leadership and strategy, the role also involves hands-on design activities based on your background. This may include brainstorming and creating concepts for new digital services, building logic and flows for innovative products, or contributing directly to the design work in our digital banking solutions and design system.
Industry Trends
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX and the banking field. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
