Factoring Agent

As our Factoring agent you will work in a team with 7 other colleges and report directly to your team manager. Your area of responsibility is to perform credit vetting, support issues and AR administration tasks regarding our Factoring business.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Credit vetting and financing
  • Support questions
  • Communicate with customers and clients
  • AR administration
  • Client account maintenance

Are you the one for Ikano?

You have at least three years of experience with administrative work regarding Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or other relevant administrative tasks. You have experience from working with Business to business financing or working with business credit vetting. Previous experience with factoring is considered an advantage. We think that you are an effective and dedicated person with high administrative skills. You are ambitious and energetic with a positive attitude and are well suited for working in a changing environment.

  • You have AR/AP or equivalent knowledge.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English both speaking and writing.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • You are service minded and comfortable talking with customers.
  • If you have factoring or B2B banking knowledge it is considered a plus.
