Are you the one for Ikano?
You have 10+ years’ experience in service management, including project management, good knowledge in change management, can balance business understanding with in-depth competence in area of Service Management, and working in a complex multivendor environment.
You have a minimum of Bachelor degree in technology, economics, or similar sciences. Professional Certifications in relevant ICT standards are a plus, in e.g. ITIL, project management, architecture and agile development areas.
Your background includes IT, Banking or from other regulated industry and Transformational competence. You have utilized your experience in similar changing environments and positions and working with ITSM best practice frameworks and methods.
As a person you are a positive team player that enjoys working in an ever evolving environment. You dare to simplify the complex and learn from experiences. You are business minded and open to new ideas and personal growth. As a leader you are proactive, coaching and inspiring and have good communication skills: A decisive Service Owner that sets clear and SMART goals and follows up on them.
