Let’s make a difference in finance for the many people

As an agile coach you provide guidance, support, coach, train the digital organization in agile ways of working. You are comfortable to move both on a vertical and horizontal scale within the organization.

What you will do

• Work with the organisation to implement and adapting agile framework by defining best practices / processes 
• Guide teams and organization through the implementation process of agile ways of working
• Foster a learning and experimentation culture; challenge validity of said learnings as needed
• Provide facilitation towards clear purposes, objectives, outcomes
• Promote understanding of value driven delivery
• Promote awareness and consequences of short-term thinking vs. sustainability and quality
• Promote understanding of benefits in agile/lean philosophy and principles
• Develop and give internal agile/lean training through mentorship, coaching, facilitation and various training techniques/workshops
• Raise awareness around communication, people and process risks
• Encourage healthy, open and positive communication within groups and with their connected groups, including strong and safe feedback culture
• Identify opportunities for improving lean and agile adoption within the organization
• Act as conduit for agile industry trends, learnings, data points
• Help the organisation to align Ikano Bank values with agile values 
• Function change agent within the organization
• Be part of LACE

Key competencies 

• Trusted adviser with proven, deep agile practitioner knowledge
• Experience and knowledge of SAFe framework and agile methods is a must
• Experience from large transformation programms
• Passion for solving problems
• Ability to differentiate between mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching and teaching
• Skills to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution
• Being open and appreciating openness in others
• Experience from the banking / financial industry is a plus
